Groups and clubs are welcome at the Maine Huts and Trails and receive special group pricing. Whether you are organizing a school group, scout trip, ski club outing, a retreat or family reunion, we have the full service backcountry lodging experience that your group will appreciate and remember forever.
A group is considered a minimum of 12 persons organized by one group leader. The group leader or organizer will be responsible for making reservations, collecting the proper fees and making all payments according to the payment schedule.
To qualify for group rates reservations must be made at least one week prior to arrival. Long lead reservations of over 30 days will require a 10% deposit at booking. 30 days prior to arrival the balance will be due. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will require payment in full. The cancellation period will also be 30 days prior to arrival. Groups cancelling prior to 30 days are refundable and groups cancelling less than 30 days are non-refundable. One complimentary package is offered for each 15 paid individuals.
2012 Summer & Fall Group Rates
All rates are per person per night and include bed, pillow, blanket, shower, breakfast & dinner. All rates are subject to the Maine 7% rooms & meals tax. There is no charge for trail use.

Large groups also have the option to rent an entire hut with full-service from our hut staff. A summer / fall full hut rental for either Poplar Hut or Flagstaff Hut costs $2,500 per night plus tax. Grand Falls Hut costs $1800 per night plus tax. These rates include use of all sleeping facilities, dinner and breakfast for all occupants.
2011 / 2012 Winter Group Rates
All rates are per person per night and include bed, pillow, blanket, shower, breakfast & dinner. All rates are subject to the Maine 7% rooms & meals tax. There is no charge for trail use.
