Winter 2022-23 Reservation Cancellations Policies
Group Trips and Full-Hut Rentals
Full-Service Trip Cancellation
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to the start of your trip may be rescheduled at no charge or the group can receive a refund of the balance paid, minus the lessor of 25% or $250 for booking fees.
Reservations cancelled with 15-30 days prior to the start of your trip can receive a refund of the balance paid, less 50% for booking fees, or receive a credit of the balance paid, less a $25 per person per night rebooking fee, to be used before the last day of the winter 2022-23 season.
Cancellations with 15 days of the start of your trip, are non-refundable and non-transferable for a credit.
PLEASE NOTE: Groups whose numbers fall below the minimum group size (12 people) will no longer be eligible for the group discount and will be billed at the retail rate.
Reservations and COVID-19: Reservations will be refunded in full if your stay cannot be fulfilled due to government directives closing lodging operations on account of COVID-19.
Individual Party Trips
Full-Service and Self-Service Trip Cancellation
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to the start of your trip may be rescheduled at no charge OR guest can receive a refund less a flat $10.00 per person per night cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled with 5-30 days prior to the start of your trip are NON-REFUNDABLE. Reservations may be rescheduled at the time of cancellation at a cost of $25.00 per person per night OR will be assessed a $25.00 per person per night fee at the time of cancellation and remaining balance can be used as a credit towards a rescheduled trip at a later date. Credit balance will be valid until the last day of the winter 2022-23 season.
Reservations cancelled within 5 days of arrival are NON-REFUNDABLE. No credits will be issued.
Self-Service Trip Cancelation
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to the start of your trip may be rescheduled at no charge OR guest can receive a refund less a flat $10.00 per person per night cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled between 15 and 5 days prior to arrival are NON-REFUNDABLE. Reservations may be rescheduled at the time of cancellation at a cost of $10.00 per person per night OR will be assessed a $10.00 per person per night fee at the time of cancellation and remaining balance can be used as a credit towards a rescheduled trip at a later date. Credit balance will be valid until the last day of the winter 2022-23 season.
