Please note, we don't close the huts due to inclement weather. Due to the remote nature of the huts, and the planning needed for staffing and supplies, we follow a strict cancellation policy. Summer Rental Cancellation Policy
The initial 25% deposit is due within two weeks of the date of the invoice and secures your rental.
Rentals cancelled 45 day prior to the trip will receive the 25% deposit refunded
Rentals cancelled within 45 days of the trip are NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions. We are not responsible for weather, road/trail conditions, health or medical issues, or other factors beyond our control.
Winter Reservation Cancellations Policies

Full-Service Trip Cancellation
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to the start of your trip may be rescheduled at no charge OR guest can receive a refund less a flat $10.00 per person per night cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled with 5-30 days prior to the start of your trip are NON-REFUNDABLE. Reservations may be rescheduled at the time of cancellation at a cost of $25.00 per person per night OR will be assessed a $25.00 per person per night fee at the time of cancellation and remaining balance can be used as a credit towards a rescheduled trip at a later date. Credit balance will be valid until the last day of the following winter season.
Reservations cancelled within 5 days of arrival are NON-REFUNDABLE. No credits will be issued.
Self-Service Trip Cancelation
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to the start of your trip may be rescheduled at no charge OR guest can receive a refund less a flat $10.00 per person per night cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled between 15 and 5 days prior to arrival are NON-REFUNDABLE. Reservations may be rescheduled at the time of cancellation at a cost of $10.00 per person per night OR will be assessed a $10.00 per person per night fee at the time of cancellation and remaining balance can be used as a credit towards a rescheduled trip at a later date. Credit balance will be valid until the last day of the following winter season.
