Autumn at Maine Huts & Trails is a beautiful time of the year. The crisp air and the splendor of the colorful changing foliage entice visitors to the Maine woods.
The fall is very conducive to activities like hiking, mountain biking, fishing, bird and deer hunting, paddle sports and wildlife watching.

FALL SELF SERVICE SEASON
Our self-service season began November 1st and concludes December 16th. Guests will bring their own food and have access to our commercial kitchen for food preparation. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves during these times. A caretaker will be at the huts to keep all systems operating, keep the stoves stoked and greet guests. No meals are served during these dates. Reservations are required for overnight stays.
